The form of education in the Jagiellonian University of the Third Age resembles post diploma programmes. 50+ students gain knowledge in a particular area for two semesters, during weekly meetings and seminars. The education focuses on four courses: history of art, history and culture of Kraków, psychology for older adults and preventive treatment of civilisation diseases and healthy lifestyle promotion. After one year students receive a diploma that confirms their knowledge.
