Programme description
International companies, public institutions, offices, and NGOs increasingly expect employees to be well prepared and competent to perform tasks in a culturally diverse environment effectively. The Institute of Intercultural Studies programme's offer is addressed to people who associate their future with work in a multicultural environment and cultural institutions. Intercultural Relations is a study programme for people interested in intercultural social problems. Classes are conducted in small groups; therefore, individual consultations with lecturers are possible, and students are not anonymous. It is an attractive, interdisciplinary study programme that combines knowledge about the world and contemporary culture with courses focused on developing the students’ competencies and learning foreign languages. The main aim of the IR study programme is to educate specialists in intercultural dialogue and resolving socio-cultural conflicts.
